"The Most Wonderful Time of the Year"

The Christmas Season is such a wonderful, fun time for everyone around the world. It helps us to focus on the many blessings God has given throughout the year. What do you and your family do to make this time memorable each year? The traditions people have are so varied, and I very much enjoy hearing about them and how they came about.

Do you have a special movie you watch? If so, is there a special time you designate to watch it or do you have special preparation to get ready for the event? My family watches "It's A Wonderful Life" every Christmas Eve. This classic brings to mind all the things in our lives we may take for granted throughout the year, and it makes us pause to be extremely thankful.

Is there a special place you reserve to visit just during this time of year? Is there a traditional event you go to each and every year? Do you get a fresh tree, and if so, how do you go about finding that "perfect" one?

Traditions are as individual as our families and our homes. Decorations for our homes express what's important to us and conveys a message about this season.
